We use Yale electronic dead bolt locks using Z-Wave technology. These locks can be locked or unlocked remotely and you can program new codes or remove codes also remotely. The software also keeps a log of entry and exit based on which code you assign, and will even email or text you if someone enters. Assign a guest or repair person a specific code and activate it only during the time they visit. No more lost keys or special trips to allow access. These locks are very easy to operate. A 4 digit code then the * key to unlock, press any key to lock. There is a standard dead bold latch on the inside of the door for easy lock and unlock after entry.
